    Hi! My name is Charlene and I just joined the forum today. I live in a small town about an hour outside of Ottawa. I am married with 4 children and one due in March. I have not had the surgery as of yet, but am planning to start the ball rolling in January, with the hopes of having the surgery done in June. Saving $16,000 is no small feat, but I think this is the answer that I have been searching for. I can't wait for the day that I can say goodbye forever to the 200's and say hello once again to the 140's!
