I don't have PCOS, but, I can tell you lap band surgery is changing my life. I am so much healthier and happier. I wish this for you too:)

Congratulations on having the surgery! Remember, the first six weeks are for healing. It takes several fills to feel restriction. You really have to have patience with yourself. I look forward to hearing about your success in the future.

Funny, I had oven fried chicken too. I also had my last diet Pepsi. I don't miss sodas at all. I still eat oven fried chicken.

Welcome! I too have arthritis (osteo) and while ibuprofen does come in liquid form, I just bite a tablet into little pieces. Ibuprofen works best for me. I do not take as much since beginning to lose weight. My joints are already feeling so much better.
