  2. I won't have a fill for three weeks. So nervous about that. I did find a cookbook for people with lapband surgery. So that is a start.
  3. Hi everyone - I'm three weeks out of my surgery and I feel great! I've lost a good amount of weight and am scared when I start eating that I will gain it back because they say it is common to gain when you start eating because you don't have a fill yet. There isn't any support here its a small town, so feeling a little lonely.
