  1. It is hard to believe that one year ago I was researching surgeons and going between excited, scared, and denial that this surgery was going to work. It has been an amazing 10 months (today is my 10th month surgiversary)!

Anyone considering this surgery - JUST DO IT!!!

I just paid for my flights and confirmed my surgery dates this past week. I have been nervous, excited and scared but you have helped me calm down a bit. Thank you for your update.

I can not wait to be on the loosers bench too :-D

  2. I tried them a couple of times. I rinsed them well and then boiled for abit and it helped only slightly. The texture is something to get used to. If you think they are a replacement for spaghetti then you will be upset with the result. I am not a true fan and will not go out of my way to get them again.

  3. If you do not follow your consumption of Water you could become dehydrated. I hear that can be a part of getting kidney stones. If you do not get the Vitamins and minerals you need from food you will have to take supplemets. If you do not take or get appropriate amounts of Vitamins and minerals then you can get Vit B12, B1, Iron, Calcium deficiencies. They and lead to anemia, B12 deficiency can lead to pernicious anemia.

So always stay hydrated and take your supplements.
