  1. thanks for replying everyone! You made me feel better!! My doc said that I could start on creamy soups on Sunday but frankly I;m afraid to do that. How long did guys do clear liquids before moving onto like creamy soups?
  2. I just had my lapband put in on Wednesday morning and its now Friday evening. All day today while drinking my liquids I keep burping. My husband has got me worried now cause he says my band could have slipped. Is this really a big risk with just liquids? I'm looking for some peace of mind....
  3. Hi there, My name is Rebecca and I am getting ready for my lapband. I was part of 1800GETTHIN but I got lucky enough to get Dr. McKeen as my surgeon. He told me I will feel nauseous for the first few days and I am worried about that. How will I know what is normal? How much pain will I be in? Also, I take Vicodin for bad headaches as needed and he told me I can just take that after surgery for pain. Will I be able to swallow a pill?
