lets see its may first i was sleeved nov 1st 2010 i am down from 438 to 269 for total of 169 pounds original goal was 240 i want get 238 so i can say i lost 200 pounds i feel like i have already won being under three hundred pounds again my health fantastic no bad side effects i excersise every day weights are cardio the sleeve has changed my life.ive gone from a 52 waist to a 38 waist 4x to a 2x living life again and i love it

I was sleeved November 29, 2010 self pay in Mexico. I just reached my goal weight about a week ago, 81 lbs gone since surgery, 121lbs gone from my highest weight. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself and would do it all over again!!

That is awesome. So proud for you. I started in a tight size 26/28 now in a 16. I can't wait to get into those size 12 clothes. What an amazing ride this weight loss has been. Happy and proud of all of us who took the committed road in this WLS ride!!! It has not been easy but it's been so worth it all!!!

Found a great new phone app called. LOSE IT! So simple for tracking intake. If you track all u put in your sleeve this app is so simple and wonderful. I love it!!! Wanted to share this info!!!

I consumed way way too much in Jamaica last week. Jerk chicken. Fries and a ton of liquid adult beverages. Now I'm back to keeping track and on track!!!

I'm totally with ya on that need to carb detox, Brandi. I've been contemplating a two week liquid fast like pre-op... I don't know if I really need to go that extreme, but I don't think it would hurt. I just need to get that carb monster outta my head.
