  1. I was going to buy them on amazon.com but the local GNC store here normally has them on sale for $1.00 each so its a way better deal to do that! I've been drinking protein drinks for the last 6 months and Im TIRED of them, I just recently found these.. pretty tasty! Yay for your first pureed meal!!! I cant wait to be excited for that!
  2. I had my gallbladder out April of last year... My diet has changed ALOT for the longest time I couldnt eat meat... Id get so sick. now the things Ive learned to avoid are: fatty foods, greasy items, things that are too rich, sugary etc. The things that post op you wont eat anyway Im hoping after I have my sleeve done on tuesday the dumping syndrome I have from the gallbladder removal will lessen! I admit though it does feel so much better not having it anymore!
  3. I havent had my surgery yet (nov.1) But Ive read alot that the temp of the liquids you're drinking right after makes a difference.. Some people cant tolerate cold/cool temp liquids at first... Maybe thats causing the discomfort.. ? I know my surgeon doesnt want me to drink anything colder than room temp for the 1st few days.
  4. yay thats good to hear! I like them now.. I know your taste can change after, so I hope I still like them! Its an easy way to get in fluids and protein w/o nasty protein drinks.
  5. Hey all Im finally getting sleeved on Tuesday 11/1 Im excited and very much freaked out too.. normal right? Im curious to see if anyone on here has used RTD Isopure as soon as they get home... ? my post op diet is 1 wk clear fluids (isopure?) then 1 week full liquids if Im cleared at my 2 wk apt then I can start purees... Im stocked on all the propel zeros, crystal lights, sf popcicles... Thanks!
