I started at an all time high of 362lbs, I currently at 195lbs and only 22% body fat. This pic was from Thanksgiving 2013.
I have a total loss of 167lbs and still losing 1yr and 3mo. post-op.

O Jan. 3rd will be my 6 months post op and total weight lost after surgery is 31lbs. I wish I could have lost more but I am happy with my result.

Now I'm down to 316! Much better but still a long ways to go! My beginning Aic was 8.1 a year ago, currently it's down to 6.5! I can climb stairs much better. My breathing is better. I'm still on Oxygen but I can leave it off for periods of time. I'm off my Insulin. I still take oral meds for diabeties type 2. I'm hoping to be off them by the end of this year.
