After having the band for 2 months the Dr. said I'm doing great. I'm down 70lbs, I'm hoping to hit 100 lbs by the end of the year or sooner. I also didn't need a fill.
After having the band for almost a year, I'm finally scheduled to get a second fill. I will get my 2nd fill and hopefully the fill will help me lose more weight. I hit a plateau and it seems like i broke it but i lose and gain 2-3 lbs. Hopefully the second fill helps me out.
Its been 7 months since I started my weight loss journey. I had the Lapband surgery and I'm happy to say I'm down 100 lbs. What I been learning along my journey is slowly but surely if we don't give up and follow the Dr. advice.
“At some point in life you have to face your fears, and head on even though you can’t be sure of the outcome. A great deal of people will never reach their dreams and it won’t have anything to do with their ability or skill set. They won’t reach their dreams because they were too afraid to try.”
I have lost 100 lbs in 7 months. The problem is I can't lose no more. It's been a month or so and I can't get passed the 100 lbs. How long does a Plateau last. I'm still doing the same thing as I was when I was losing. I even increased my walking and added some free weights. Anybody with the same issue. Thanks in advanced
I have always attended support meetings. My question is that I know some people that dont attend support meetings and they struggle to stay on track. How many people attend support meeting? Do you feel the meetings help out ? I need some imput for a friend that thinks its a waste of time attending them. What do you guys think?
