      If I can get up to 4 glasses of water a day, I will probably see the bright white light! This has always been the most difficult part of dieting to me but then I use to be a sodaholic. Are the wall push-ups good for the "bat-wings" under the arms???

      oh let me explain my first week i only got four glasses a week and what I do is i use a red solo cup I put M T W T F and every time I finish a glass I put a heart in black sharpie and made a game of it....

      I have not gotten a fill in a year and a half so I am pretty excited to have some restriction

       

  3. Yeah last time I went to the doctor was July 2012 just got a fill and I only gained 6 lbs!!!

  10. put on my pedometer yesterday and after only taking 3000 steps at work came home and did 5000 more so the goal is 8000 a day rain or shine

  16. can anybody answer a question for me?? my daily calories are about 750 I eat three meals a day is this good or am I eating too many or too little?
