  1. this is my second day of the diet. Honey, it is hard! I have to admit, i did replace one of the shakes with a grilled lean skinless chicken breast because to go cold turkey without food is a bit painful to the system. Plus, i keep my calories at 800-900/day. Just for the first couple of days. i have lost 2 lbs, i believe it is water weight. Where are you having your surgery at? I am scared of the anesthesia. Do you feel you are making the right decision about having the surgery?
