I am 45 years old and I am tired of being fat. Last year I did a doctor supervised shake diet and lost 45 pounds - I felt so good! Of course, how can you live off of shakes? I gained it all back. I am tired of the yo yo dieting. Blood pressure is borderline high and so is my blood sugar. I dont want to get so bad that I have to take medication. I am very excited to have the lap band done. And just wait - in 5 years I will be Fabulous at 50!
