i was banded on 9/13/11 i have not been filled yet and i realize i am eating more then 4oz, i think its double that is this normal?/

PLEASE HELP!!!.... i tasted a very soft cookie that my mom made and i think i didnt chew enough( was at 2pm ) cause it was very painful and felt lots of pressure in my tummy i was band on 9/13 how long before i feel better ive been drinking tea with no pain or problem did i mess my band up???
