Seems every year I am getting an additional medication to take. Found out I amm now diebetic on type of high triglycerides, high cholestorl, high blood, pressure. Tired of meds and no dier seems to work mauybe an extreme step but I think it is my best option. I bit scared and concerned I won't have support.
