  1. Thanks & I just need to have more will power. I need to get into a routine & stick with it. Hopefully that will be easier when my kids start going to school.
  2. I had my lap band surgery 3 months ago. I've had 2 fills since surgery. I still feel like I can eat almost anything. I've only lost 10 lbs (I know that's better than nothing), but I was hoping by now I could have lost 20 lbs. I have no energy & no ambition to do anything. Also how do you eat healthy on a very limited income?? As bad as I want to be thin why is it so hard to get motivated to do that?? Any suggestions please send them my way
