    hello i just got my first feel on the 29th and i must say it was not as bad as i through it was going tobe i am doing good i was a little sore from the fill but i am good i havent been sick taking it slow i did liquids the first 24hrs and i did mushies this mornig and i ate some fish for lunh it all went down good.
