hello i am on my 3rd week and doing good i am eating mushies and small cuts of meat i been chewing really good . i get full really fast after a couple of bites .that good and i somes time get hungry later and come back and eat about 5 or more bites i am losing weight started out at 260 and noew at 240 as of to day so its coming off i really stay active and walk the treadmill every other day because i walk at work all day. i get my fill next week i am really . how has every one been doing???
