  1. Hey all, this is my first post and I apoligize in advance if I am posting too much here at the beginning. I am so excited about my surgery! I am planning on asking the doctor for about 6 to 8 weeks off. I want to have time to be able to "eat" at home and get used to it, as well as walking everyday. Has anyone else taken this much time or did anyone have a problem getting that much time off? Thanks!
