Doing well today and updated my blog.

Putting alittle more in the blog then have to go lay down again.

Had a tough nite. Was doing so well and at some point, I coughed and got nauseas..Dry heave. Not a good feeling. I think its the gas that was making me nausea. Of course the nurse said she didnt think I woudl need then nausea medicine, so Ididnt get it filled. dont make that mistake.

I cant respond to alot of the PC's I got right now, but everything went really well. I did have a hernia in my esophagus and they had to repair that. No wonder I have acid reflux. that caused some of the sholder pain you hear about and that was not fun. I feel better now, just sore and swollen. Barium X-ray was good and fluids are flowing. Will check back later and try to say hello to all of you who were asking about me ! Thanks so much. Its a Breeze

We are about at the same weight with close to the same goals. My surgery is Aug 2nd. I know I can do this. Just a bit nervous about it.
