The prices are amazing and you can get so much more. I still look at clothing and think --will I fit in that? Sure enough I do. Keep doing what you are doing!

This is something that you can do. I did it and I am sure I am a lot older than you. Coke Zero was my habit and I quite cold turkey just like you. I was lucky I never had the headache at all.
