Don't worry about ur ex with these other girls, at least u know the one secret about him they don't that has saved YOUR life! Believe me, they will find out and even if they never do, they just got " played". He will suffer in the end when he catches an STD for his reckless behavior. Ask yourself, why did u get the LB? Would you pay that much for a junky car that only works half of the time? It sounds to me that u wanted to start fresh, a new YOU. So first u may need a more restrictive fill?! Second the best revenge you canhave on him is getting thinner and more beautiful and attracting men again. B/c when he sees that he will try to come back as well. Too late buddy! Right now he knows he can get to u by dating these girls and knowing it hurts u. U show him it doesn't hurt by doing the very thing u got the band for, each time you lose more weight you can say, "ha take that" it's the best way to show him he can't hurt u anymore, w/ or w/out u! He still has power over you but u gotta release that power and show him that he can't hurt you anymore. I guarantee as you get thinner, the tables will turn on him when he sees u r turning heads too! Jealousy And regret may be his only lesson to learn. Can on that bandwagon and show him what u got, beauty inside and out!

Wow, that was alot said! Ok here's what I think, my opinion! Being only 25 your body is still in it's "young". State. Once you hit the 30s you will notice a huge change in your metabolism and energy levels. My only thought is if you don't get it now, when you get to the 30s you may wish you had gotten it. There are 2 things I know from the statistics of the Lap Band , one is, a very high percentage in the 90s come out having no major problems w/ their band. Basically, it is a learning experience in how to live with it. Two, is that the band will not get in your way in the future if you get married and have children. I heard that it does not affect pregnancy in a negative way at all. Lots of patients lose weight and then become prego years later. Also, that most people come off the meds they are on for diabetes, high BP, or high Chol. Noone can make the choce for you but you have to decide when it is right and if you aren't 100% sure right now, I would say NOT YET. In another few years u may feel totally different and be more sure then. I commend u on your 2 successful diet attempts. Going up and down is still considered the yo yo effect. Don't get frustrated with trying if u feel like u can do it. Best of luck to you, young friend!

I'm talking about Lap Band Size?

OK 2 Questions here: 1)How do u know which size u r to get? Is it based on frame size? Amount of weight to lose? Size of ur stomach? 2)What does the size mean then?

If I had known it takes this long, I would have already started earlier this year. So start now bc prob by the time you actually get any appts made, you will prob qualify. Only the cash paying customers get in real fast! Since I on the subject though, I have a question : I'm awaiting to be banded also, What is the size difference in bands??? What do they mean!?

1-2 lbs is normal. Obviously talk to ur Dr before your fill
