Trying to stay positive! I have been retaining so much water for the last couple of days. I hope the scale moves again soon. Good news though? I can start exercising again!

As of 12 days after surgery, I am 32% down my excess weight. I am a little low on energy, but I am doing pretty good on fluids. I don't know what I would do without the forum for support.

Me too. I tried to go grocery shopping and I was tired walking around the store. I want my energy back, but.... I can't say I am not happy with the weight loss!

I am doing really well, sipping and walking. I can't wait to move up the food chain again, lol. I feel awesome. I am debating whether or not to return to classes on Wednesday or Friday because I don't know what to do with myself. How are you? Decide on a surgeon?

I know!!!! I am so excited. I am definitely ready. I am already pre-registered at the hospital just need to get my pre-op testing done.

Just moved and started a new semester, haven't really had time to be on, but the pre-op diet is going well. My energy is really low, but I am keeping steady.

FINALLY! I am so excited to be done with my 6MSWL. I have lost a total of 16% of my excess body weight and today they are submitting my file for approval. I'm so happy.

Wow, I will be crossing my fingers for you. The 6MSWL is a trial, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. I really hope you hear a quick approval.

I am doing well! Only 9 more days until I finish my 6MSWL and then Novus submits to insurance! I am so excited, and I only need to lose 8 more lbs to meet my labor day goal. When are you hoping for surgery?

He was a little abrupt, but I really do agree he is the best. He has been doing the sleeve the longest in Jacksonville, and he has really low rates of complication rates with his patients. That was a big reason I chose him. I also really love Novus. Susan and Megan have been so awesome with helping me through my insurance, and it is really nice to see what the sleeve has done for Megan and Jarrod!
