  8. Wow! That is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've always gone 1-3 lbs up and down.
  9. Hahahahahaha! I agree there are MANY MANY MANY Ways to modify the poll, but I really just want to know exactly what I asked. How much weight gained (IF ANY)?
  10. OK so you would fall under the 1-5 lbs. I understand you normally lose it, but I'm really just interested in the MOST weight gain sleevers have had. Thanks sweets!
  11. HI Y'all, I wanted to do some research with REAL people instead of reading about it in some report. I'm wondering how much weight (IF ANY) you have gained since being sleeved. I go up between 1-3 lbs. so my answer would be 1-5 lbs. I'm curious to see how this goes. Thanks!
  12. I hear you on the subway...I can only eat about 3 inches of a subway sandwich and with some of bread taken off top.
  13. OK so ONLY ONE person has gained after being sleeved out of everyone here? AND she's down 22 lbs. since then... So that's a good sign right??? right???? LOL. I'm not paranoid. Just trying to research with REAL people, not just reading some report. Thanks!!!!!!
  14. I paid nothing on the day of surgery (yayyy). But I have a $15 co pay for most pre-op or post-op appointments. It really depends what type of Kaiser coverage you have. You can call memeber services and they will let you know exactly how much if any cost you will pay.
  15. By the way I'm 43 and will be 44 in November. Never too late
  16. I currently have braces. Clear on top, silver on the bottom. I had 2 front teeth that bothered me FOREVER. We couldn't afford it growing up. And when I got married well you know life kicks in with the house payment, kids, LIFE. Finally did something about it last year and got them on 2 months before my sleeve surgery. My son was going starting college and I wasn't sure if I wanted the extra expense. My hubby said you know you have been talking about your teeth since I've known you (since 1989), why don't you just go for it, so I did. They are supposed to come off in December. THEY ARE TRULY A PAIN, but I LOVE the way my teeth look now I SAY GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. WOW! Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  18. CONGRATS! YOU LOOK AWESOME! I LOVE THE DRESS AND THE CUT
  19. I am SOOOO PROUD of YOU my sleeve sister! BIG HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. I guess all the talk around me hearing about so many wls people gaining their weight back just got to me and freaked me out. Especially since I've been trying to maintain and not lose anymore and yet not gain is tough too. I guess I will eventually find that happy place of maintaining. Thanks for all the feedback.
