  8. Girrrrrl I totally get you!!! I know, I know, I know!!! TRUST ME!!!! I will be out 8 weeks on Friday, and it has gotten better with time. What you are feeling is normal...it doesn't mean it feels good ,,,it's a terrible feeling, we will get through it together I don't even worry about the Protein anymore, I just can't. I try to eat more protein type foods (beef, cheese, yogurt) but I don't stress about it, I just can't anymore.
  9. It's totally up to you! I still haven't told any of my in laws and I'm not sure if I'm going too. I also some of our friends this past weekend and they kept going on and on about how much weight I've lost and I said thank you and didn't say anything about my sleeve. And there are other times where I've told total strangers about it lol...
  10. Wow! That is awesome! Congrats!
  11. All I can say is I NEVER get hungry...EVER.
  12. No (I do not regret surgery) and no (I do not miss bigger meals)...
  13. Wonderful news! Congrats! I can't wait to have a healthy BMI
  14. Exactly! He was very nice initially, but was trying too hard to be funny! What if I had a sickness and just couldn't eat? Or what if I was truly struggling with an eating disorder? I just don't think I have to share that I had wls just so they feel better. It's not about them. By the way after he saw how little I ate, he kept pushing the dessert and kept asking if we wanted some chocolate cake to go, what the heck lol...now that was annoying!!!
  15. I'm so sorry for your loss...I'm so happy you reached and passed your goal, that is AMAZING! Thanks for the inspiration
  16. It's normal...I was the same at week 5. By week 6 it got better for me, and continues to get a little better.
  17. On another note, we are saving soooo much money it's incredible!!! LOL!!! I still can't believe the way I used to eat ...and how America eats.
  18. When I tell them my hubby and I will be sharing a meal. I'm out of town right now, so we are eating out. What's the deal???? Last night at dinner the server made a comment about me having an anorexia plate (because I only took a little of my hubbys prime rib and veggies). It almost made me feel as if I needed to explain myself, but why should I???? It's not right. Ugh! Anyhoo, thanks for listening
  19. Congrats!!! I'm 7 weeks out and lovin my sleeve
  20. OMGOSH GIRL! Poor you!!! I was wondering where you've been ...Father help my sleeve sister, heal her body, and give her peace, in Jesus name!!!! My uvula was pretty messed up after surgery, and it's much better now...give it some time hugs!!!!
