21 month post op today...148 lbs...this is with 2 visits per month from aunt flow right now (???), no dieting, exercise 6 days a week. I am so thankful to God for my sleevie!!!!!

OK so I haven't been on my fitness pal FOREVER and went on today to accept my friend, aaaaanyhoo, I'm going to the movies later and put in a small popcorn with butter and OMG over 600 calories and without butter it's a little over 200 calories what a difference...who knew??? LOL

NSV! NSV! NSV! So I was in the groove on the treadmill today at the gym and wanted to increase the incline...I kept pushing the button, and come to find out 15.0 is the highest it goes, SAY WHAT???? YAYYYY! SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

For the FIRST time in m life I am actually working out 6 days a week and it has NOTHING to do with trying to lose weight but to be fit and healthy and hopefully STRONG! I'm LOVIN IT!!!!
