  1. Well I survived my first post-op visit, 6 pound loss......I need to work on my water intake and increase my protein somehow, I talked to my Nutritionist and she said adding the light lucky cow cheese wedges to the mushy foods would add protein and change the tastes some so I am going to try that. Good Luck AtLast0708 your gonna do just fine
  2. hi everyone Today is my first day to post here, I am one week post op ( surgery7/14) and I have my first check up today. I am feeling pretty good and have enjoyed just reading your posts, although I have experienced "gas" its been controllable with Gas X strips. I like most of you am not getting the 64 oz of water in and calories lol well thats tough too.....I've been starting each morning with a cup of hot decaf with a pack of sugar free hot chocolate, I am not a coffee drinker but I sure can't do hot tea, couple of hours after that I drink a protein shake. Water drinking after that until lunch time. I just thought I would jump in with my 2 cents, congrats to you all and I think this journey will be much easier with all of you around
