  1. I have been stuck at 270-280 for a few months now. Coming down from 350, still is upsetting to be stuck. I think I have not lost anymore because I have not paid attention to what I am suppose to be staying away from. A couple of months ago I was able to get down to 250 but gained 20 back and that was due to eating chips and more cruchy stuff. That hurt my band and made it impossible for me to keep anyhting down. I finally went in and had some liquid removed. I have been going back and forth. I cant stand the pressure I feel and the pain I have. Sometimes it feels like I cant even breath. Then a few days go by and I feel a little better. Does this happen to you at all?
