I felt the same way compared to individuals losing 20lbs-40lbs in a month, yea wow. Then here I am with a wimpy 5 lbs. My excuse is I am solid and it will take a little more to lose. I am sort of glad at least it will give me a chance to tone and not have such a drastic loss that I look like a melted candle. Hang in there!
