Good morning VST Family. Well...today is my first day back to work after 2 weeks off. This should be interesting. Since surgery 9/20, I'm down 30 lbs. Let's see if anyone notices.

Hi Friends! Hope you're all having a great day! Well...today I started my liquid diet (Slim Fast). So far so good. I know this may sound crazy but I couldn't wait to start it. After this it's off to surgery (9/20).

Howdy! Just saying hi. Hope all is well.

I went to Avenue with my Sister Friday night. Grabbed a size 18 jeans they were too big. Tried on a 16 again too big. Drum roll...SIZE 14!! 3 months out 60+ pounds gone forever and I went down from a size 20 to a 14. Happy, happy, joy, joy!

I'm so ready to start exercising. Maybe I'll start off slow on the treadmill. And I'll be careful. I'm 17 days post-op and going stir crazy. My doctor said he'll let me know when I can start at my 1 month appointment. UGH!!!

I'm trying so hard but I just can't get used to the taste of Splenda. However, I'm not willing to waste 15 calories on a teaspoon of sugar. Oh well...Splenda it is - YIKES!

Is anybody else exhausted! I am having the hardest time keeping my eyes open. Guess I'll be taking a nap at lunch today - LOL
