Yep I was nauseous a lot right after and maybe up 3 weeks post op. It goes away =) 3 months post-op now and I haven't been nauseous probably for a solid month. Well...thinking back there was an incident yesterday but i think i drunk my Protein Shake too fast. That'll do it. Good luck and Congratulations on your surgery!

So happy for you! Great Job! Even though stuff is starting to sag or hang it's better to have that then having it filled with "stuffing" lol =) Merry Xmas to you also!

Dr. Metz did my sleeve. They're great over there, and he even accepts medicaid. Everything went smoothly and as planned. My schedule from first consult to surgery only took almost 3 months. Would have been 2 but my psych was out of town so I had to wait for paperwork. All in all I would 100% recommend Dr. Metz =D

Trying to fit in taebo vids again. Feels good to get back to exercising! New problem though I seem to be drinking too soon after eating or while eating a couple times, i'm trying to get out of the habit, especially because it might stretch the sleeve right? Seems to be way more of a problem at work. I hate the was everything was so good when I was just at home. Now adding in friends and social eating sucks for my sleeve. I'm going to stop it though my health is more important then being socially accepted!
Keep up the good work Geee 122 wtg!!!!!!

50 pounds down today since being sleeved. =) Looking forward to the rest of my weight-loss adventure.
-
Yay!!! Congrats great job!!!

Just stick with it as bikerchick said! When i first started taebo it was so hard and i couldn't keep up. But as time went on i can now get through the full hour and it's a awesome work out, so worth sticking with, and it gives results! Good Luck!

Great job Geeewhy! I'm almost at the 50 pound mark! Slacking in the exercise department though. Can't seem to fit it in with a demanding job. But I probably walk a mile or two at work 5 times a week so I think that's why I'm steadily loosing, who knows. How are you doing in that department, any suggestions? I really want a treadmill or elliptical but just can't afford it at the moment.

5 pairs of pants, wow! I'm about to retire my first, they've had a god run lol
-
Yay!!! I told ya ya! 5 pounds this week! That's the biggest loss I've had since surgery week! Just about at my first goal!
Hope you guys have a great day gotta run!

I did not exercise all week, and I think this is going to be the big loss week oddly, I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn in forever!
Geee, great on the seafood, I wish I could, I had a terrible experience with shrimp.
I've been experimenting a lot too, nothing has come back up other then the gross shrimp, I've even eating some Pasta, I know bad, but i was way past my Protein goal so yay, it was good, and i was stuffed after, I wish all the foods we're suppose to eat left me stuffed, I seem to be having an issue with being hungry when i stay away from carbs
Hope everyone has been having a good weekend!
-
obviously math isn't mine either lol yeah it's 5. sorry about your golfing episode! I had one of those yesterday with a cowpal. I had company over so I wasn't paying attention to eating slow as I do alone. chicken is kinda rough for me too, i is ketchup to make it easier, extra cals, but i need that chunk of pure Protein ya know. Hope it gets easier, are you roasting the chicken like in a casserole with broth and everything, the juicer the chicken the easier i can get it down.

Thanks Geee 1.8 again this week, I really hope slow and steady wins the race!!! How's everyone else doing? I believe 6 weeks post op now, wow it's been that long??
-
Yeah grats Ter! I don't know what my issue is then, I'm no where near to be done and last week i lost 1.8 I work out five days a week too!
I am happy with any kind of loss but it's pretty sucky seeing everyone else with major losses at this point.
-
I was, but I'm getting better. Played a round of golf yesterday and was absolutely tuckered by the end. But, I made it with no issue
Wow I was looking at your ticker Geee, great job! 82 pounds!!!! I wish =P

Still searching stores for the 35gs lol I saw 15 at kings, going to try target, next *crosses fingers* Happy for ya Geee glad your set, and happy to know that the chocolate is good, if i can find it.
Had some cashews today for my snack, yum, had no problems, the doc never said if it was okay or not in my papers, but after further research people see it's a healthy good fat, so I have my work snack pick out, yay!
I totally didn't think about putting the yogurt in the chili! Thanks will totally be doing that tonight!

Hey k__ the avocado sounds good, is it Protein packed?
Geeewhy, yay you got the pure Protein, the vanilla is good, banana is yuck, i want to try chocolate, ive been drinking Atkins milk chocolate only 15g protein for the same calories, lame. And the meat, like i had some roasted chicken breast sliced into 1/4 cup or another day i had rotisserie baked turkey. Now i've been addicted to chili lol made a yummy pot. Can't wait for Tuesday, reg diet rules =D finally get to try cracker pizza haha
