  1. Thanks for responses, i appreciate the help and it's really eased my mind. Tomorrow is a fresh day and I plan to come at it with more focus.
  2. I had my surgery a little under 2 weeks ago. A couple days ago I started advancing my diet too quickly, I've had a few slices of bread and a bit of cheese. Today was my biggest mistake so far, I had to english muffins with cheese. I am extremely embarrassed and angry with myself, but my biggest concern is that I've messed up the band with this mistake. I feel well enough right now, but I'm really worried, should I contact my doctor? How will I know for sure if the slip has occurred? Thanks for your help
