  1. I had the exact same surgery on 6/23. I am forcing myself back to work on tomorrow. The gas pains have gotten better. I find that drinking lots of Water and walking does help. I havent been able to stomach much of the Protein shakes so I have been taking it slow. I eat what i can tolerate which is pretty much still Clear liquids with the addition of thin grits. I'm still tired during the day so my advice is listen to your body and take it SLOW!!! for the record, I started this journey weighing 273. I weighed myself and I weighed in at 252.
