  1. Well, it sounds like you need another fill. Or you can try more filling foods as in high fiber foods like bananas or yams. I have also found that working out really brings down the scale faster. I'm not talking daily but just three days a week helps me. Good luck
  2. I got the same grief from my brother and co-workers. So, my thought was, you know what, I have tried diets and excerising for years!! Let alone the last 6 months. The lap band is for YOU not anyone else. Who is going to take care of you, but you! If losing weight will make you happy then get the band! Plus, the people that usually said something were already skinny and had no idea of my struggles. hope this helps!=0)
  3. Oh that is sooo cool that we have the same date. It sounds like we are very similar. I was getting worried when I would see people at like 7cc in at 15cc band, but again I do know I am smaller than most. I was just worried cause it seems so close to being full. Talk to you soon Monica
  4. I just received my third fill last week. I feel great and am losing weight so far. I really feel this is probably my "sweet spot." The thing is I am already at 7.5cc in a 10cc band. My surgeon doesn't seem to think this is a problem, but it does worry me. I got surgery April 20th, 2011 and am down 16lbs. I did start off smaller than others I've seen at 214. Has anyone else experienced this or know someone who has? Thank you!
