  1. Well...I had intense left lower pain for several weeks and thought something major had gone wrong. The doc kept telling me it was the muscle healing after all of the stitches inside he had given me. One day not log after that, I woke up pain-free. It has absolutely left and I have lost 42 lbs and am doing great. I wouldn't change a thing now, even with the pain to endure. It will pay off.
  2. I love this challenge! I am definitely game and so appreciate this chance to challenge myself. ____________________________________________ SN..............Starting Wt........Current.......Goal.......Lbs to Goal branon20.....249..................215............185.............30
  3. I was sleeved on June 22nd. I had extreme pain until just a few days ago. I asked the doctor and he said everyone has different pain levels. He also said they go in with all of their instruments, camera, and such and there are inside stitches from cutting the muscle. It made sense. I just started feeling better and becoming more mobile. Unbelievably, one thing that helped me was to go swimming. Water therapy is incredible. Your body has more flexibility and less resistance in the water. Even if you just get in a pool and walk around, I think it will help. It did wonders for me.
