  3. Does it make you feel sick because it says to take it with a meal. So I guess I am wondering if the protien shake is enough to stop any upset stomach that vitamins can give you?
  4. I am 9 days out from surgery and the feeling I posted before is gone. I am out and about now. My biggest issue now is I am mentally hungry. I'm in Phoenix Az at my daughter's volleyball tournament and it is very hard because we have to eat out and being mentally hungry and feeling fine, I just want to dig in!!! When did you all start your vitamin B12??
  5. Hello all, I just had my VSG on 6/16/11. While my doctor was taking most of my stomache out he also fixed my hieated hernia. I feel my recovery is slow from surgery but finally my vomiting has stoped after the doctor put a patch behind my ear, but now I am afraid to take if off, in fear I will be vomiting again. Have anyone ever experience pain when swallowing the liquids? I feel like I am overflowing a funel, or that feeling you get when you drink a soda too fast and you feel a lump in your troat? Can anyone tell me if that is normal?
