I know it has been a long time since my last post. I'm doing well, just had my third fill and my doctor and I are thinking that is it for awhile. Just started exercing again (changed jobs in September and fell off the wagon), and the weight is coming down nicely now. Good luck to all my fellow banders. Sorry, I didn't reply sooner...between the electricity going out and getting banded on Wednesday, things have been crazy. What doctor are you going to? What hospital are you getting banded at?

I've been at this since mid-February. I had my consult before they implemented the mandatory supervised weight loss for those people whose insurance didn't require it. I did have to lose 12 pounds and I lost 18. Yes, I'm on facebook...my name is listed as Tammy Burch Anderson. Today was hard...cake at work and roast at home. hmmm...focus!

I made it through day two...don't know how I'm going to make it until the 13th! I was at Walmart getting lunch meat for my kids and I wanted a piece of chicken so bad. I'm trying to be strong, but 4 shakes and celery is not that appealing. I have to stay focused on the goal. What stage are you at?

Hey! I'm glad to know I'm not the only Dr. Denham bander out there. I started my pre-op diet today; surgery on July13th. Today was a little difficult, but no cheating. Look forward to getting to know you during this process.
