2 weeks post-op. Lost 8lbs so far, stalled now that I have moved to the mushie stage. I know that we are not supposed to worry about the scale while recovering, But I can't help it!

20 more days til I startd my pre-op diet. If I thought I had no will power before.....

26 more days til surgery!!!

Ahhh, I am trapped in the Last Supper Syndrome! 11days til I start my pre-op diet.

First workout since I sprained my knee. Had to take it so easy, but it feels good to moving again.

Going for my second fill this morning. I am hoping that this will be my sweet spot finally as the scale just won't budge.

Had my first fill today and it went great! One step closer to that sweet spot.

Haven't seen you on the boards since your surgery. How did it go? How are you feeling?

Having a tough week making good food choices. If I don't turn this around the scale is going to agree too!

Hi There, I noticed that you were the same starting weight that I am now. I live in Alberta and I am flying to Toronto to be banded on the 22nd of July. I was just wondering how you are doing and if you are happy with the band? I think my nerves are starting to get the better of me.

I am getting my first fill tommorow! Let's get this weight loss train moving!

I feel restriction! I had my first fill on Tuesday and went through my day not feeling any different. This morning I am having a egg white omlette w/ veg and bam! Almost a stuck feeling. No more mindless chewing for me! YAY!!

It is exactly 3 weeks today til my surgery! Hope it goes by quickly....

Joined a gym this week, did the cyclefit class last night and loved it I hope with the help of my new band, that I see this journey through to the end finally!

Last day of the post-op clear fluids. I am so excited to have a smoothie tomorrow!

One week til I go for surgery! Still excited, but started to get nervous too.

Surgery is on Friday! Go away cold, go away, go away!!!
