  1. I’ve got a Yamaha (old XV750, not a Virago though), and my wife has a smaller Honda Rebel. We both ride pretty regularly when the weather’s good, mostly on weekend trips or quick rides out of town. My rule is always jacket, gloves, boots, and full-face helmet, because I learned the hard way after taking a spill years back, it’s not worth skipping any gear. I’ve never done an official safety class, but my wife did the MSF beginner course last year. She came back with a lot of practical street tips that honestly made us rethink how we ride together.

I mostly hop between COD and Fifa myself, though sometimes I get into Fortnite with friends for something different. Matching up with people cross-platform’s made it way easier for me to keep up when everyone’s on different consoles now. Sports games are always my first pick after a long day, but Overwatch 2 is great for quick team matches. When looking for good deals on games or gift cards, I check out price comparison sites like cdkeyprices before buying anything new. It helps stretch my gaming budget, especially with how many titles I want to try.

I play a lot of COD and Fortnite too, mostly on weekends or late nights after work. It’s cool that you’re on both Xbox and Playstation. I’ve switched between platforms depending on what my friends are using, but lately, most of my crew is on Playstation. NBA 2k and Fifa are always a good time, but sometimes I get burnt out and need to change it up. Sometimes I take a break from the usual shooters and sports games and jump into some different online games when I want something less intense or just to bet for fun. That’s how I ended up checking out places like www.i-sabong.asia, where the games have a totally different vibe compared to the typical console titles.
  4. Yeah, acid reflux can happen after surgery. Meds like PPIs help, but lifestyle changes like smaller meals and elevating your bed can also make a big difference.
  5. At the start of my healing, I had to switch to sleeping on my back, which was tough. It took me about 3-4 weeks before I felt comfortable enough to sleep on my stomach again
  6. I’d recommend staying hydrated and having a protein-rich meal before your session. Bring a light snack like a protein bar or nuts.
  7. I used to struggle big time with the timing of my supplements, especially Calcium and my multivitamin with Iron. I tried different combos but always felt off, either nauseous or I’d just forget to take something. What’s worked lately is spacing them like Calcium with lunch and dinner, then the multivitamin with a small snack later at night. I learned the hard way that taking Iron too close to Calcium blocks the absorption, so I don’t mess with that anymore. And Greek yogurt has helped me too. It's gentle on the stomach for taking pills, especially early in the day. I’ve also been using this app called Menalam that figures out when and what to take based on your diet and habits. It gives personalized supplement recs, and I only adjust when my schedule changes or new lab results come in.
  8. Hey, I use supplements and I need to buy more vitamins now. Do you have some vouchers?
  9. Yeah, I’ve had that happen. People mean well, but it doesn’t always come out right. Just focus on your goals and don’t let it bother you.
  10. Medicare expenses and eligibility criteria vary based on the plan you select (Part A, B, C, or D) and your financial situation. Part A is often free for those who have paid Medicare taxes for at least 10 years, while Part B comes with a monthly premium and deductible. Typically, eligibility applies to individuals aged 65 or older or those with qualifying disabilities or medical conditions. Medical data entry outsourcing for healthcare providers can simplify administrative processes, improve billing and patient records accuracy, and allow better focus on delivering quality care under Medicare plans.

Lately, though, I’ve been sinking a ton of time into Escape from Tarkov. It’s a totally different vibe—super intense and strategic. The learning curve is steep, but once you get the hang of it, it’s insanely rewarding. If you’re into tactical gameplay, it’s worth a shot. If you’re already playing games like COD, Tarkov might be up your alley, especially if you pair it with some escape from tarkov cheats to help navigate the brutal learning curve early on.
  12. Traveling to Peru after surgery sounds like an amazing adventure, especially with all the nutritious food options available there. Just make sure to check in with your doctor about any travel-specific advice and ensure you have your medications and necessary supplements packed. From my experience, keeping snacks that align with your dietary needs can be helpful. I recently stayed at the westgate in Branson, where they offered great amenities for guests with specific dietary needs, which might be something to look for in your accommodations abroad.
  13. Congrats on your surgery anniversary and starting your YouTube channel—that's a huge step! Your video is a great start, sharing your journey can really inspire others. If you're looking to refine your content further, learning how to record clips on a PC can help you easily capture and edit footage, making your videos even more engaging for your audience. This skill lets you create polished, professional-looking content that can better resonate with your viewers.
  14. I remember feeling tired and irritable when I quit smoking, so I understand what you're going through. Consider exploring products from places like Swiss Vape Shop for alternatives that might make the transition easier.
  15. If they do under flouro I don't know why they don't do more. They can see how fluid is moving through. I have had two 4cc each (although he says it doesn't really equal 8.. Not sure what that means) I still don't feel restriction. Some are more aggressive then others. I'm hoping next fill will feel. I know all are different. It's frusturating to me to think I have that much and nothing. It scares me to think if I had one of those conservative dr I would be well over a year and nothing. Good luck.
  16. Hi, I was banded 4/20 and feel your pain. I'm down 25 and my surgeon has been aggressive with fills at 4cc and another 4cc and still don't really feel restriction and no intolerances. He says it's not really 8cc but not sure what that means. It seems like when I do eat though I stay full longer but still feel like I can eat way too much and have to try to limit myself on own. Anyhow I pray next fill in 3 weeks will do more for me. I'm glad he's aggressive as 8cc on allot of people could take a year. So you are not alone.
  17. That's good to know. I didn't know there were 14 cc bands. I had only heard of 10 and 11 ones and the older ones were really small like 4 (not sure how all that worked but sounds like it did.. must be different technology with the band type).
  18. Yea it would drive me nuts if it was 1 cc at a time and it took so far up there to go. Seems like since they can see in the flora how at least liquid is going down it's fairly safe to go aggressive. He put some in me then tested then went and refilled it and seemed happier the second time that it was slowing down on the xray.
  19. You mean spotting like your menstruating? I have opposite problem. I had surgery 4/20 and have not had a period. I think the surgery really did mess with the hormones.
  20. Hi, I just got my second fill and was 4cc under flora. The first was 4cc and absolutely no restriction. The Dr. said it was pretty aggressive but I trust he knows what he's doing since watching under flora. I was nervous as feeling really hungry on liquids and ate a little tonight (fill was yesterday). I think it will provide some restriction.. at least hoping. Anyone else have pretty aggressive Dr. like that? I'm scared if I don't feel as there is only 11cc total. I know some have to get up there to feel. The thought of what if I get to 11cc and don't feel..ugg. Although I don't really read that on here that people max out. I did say to the Dr. that means I have 8cc right and he said well the initial really doesn't count or something to the effect it's not really that much. Not exactly sure what he meant. Cyndi
  21. If it makes you feel better my surgery was 4/20 and I'm at 21lb. I'm working hard but have no restriction. I'm not defeated as I know it will get there. I look forward to my next fill in a week and hope it helps a little. Sounds like average on this board is 3-4 fills to feel restriction. It's a journey not a race I like to think of it.
  22. I know I must have skipped over bandster hell ones. I was for a month or more.. Now very slow scale movement but at least moving. Also broke first goal to get under 200 which hadn't been there for a year or more.
  23. You guys are blessed I had to pay 17k as I fought UHC but couldn't get it done:(. I'm sure will still be worth it in end
  24. Hi, I am in NW suburbs banded 4/20. Hanging in there through bandster hell and scale moving slowly but moving
