I had the lap band Dec 29 2009, i was off to a greate start then i fell back into old eating habits! When i got the surgery i weighed 310 about a year later i was about 250 now im at 280. I need help staying motiated i have like no one really to help except my husband but he works and live two hours away because of the military. Please if anyone can help incourage me to stay stronge and help me reach my goal i would gladly appriciate it!
