  1. i too went through True Results, in Richardson Texas. I have a 14cc band i now have 9.25 cc's. Originally my doctor told me that i would have to be right at 10cc to get the most out of this.. it's been okay, but I too can almost eat what ever i want, except for bread and chicken(white meat) i've heard once before that if i would try and eat a sold breakfast i would be better, however i can only drink protein shakes in the am. starting March 1st, i'm going to start drinking coffee, because i hear that will loosened the band, then try and eat a sold breakfast. i will let yall know how that goes
  2. It took me 3 months to tolerate drinking margaritas, but now i go to happy hour twice a month.

  6. i was banded on july, 11,2011 and i started out @ 211lbs, now i am 172.5 I think we are ok
  7. oh!! Wow, that is great, thanks for the tip because i was banded 7/11/11 and i've been eating 1200 calories for the last 2 months,so guess who's going to try and drop those calories down??? Me!!! thanks for the motivation

  9. thanks for the post, i was banded 7/11/11 on the day of surgery, i was 211, today, i am 174.5, i think exercising plays a big role, when i was first banded, it came natural for me to work out, now that is cold, i'm having a hard time. You are doing great!!!! can you give me a sample of your daily routine? and maybe what types of food that you are eating? thanks in advance for all of your help
  10. I feel the same way, i had my Surgery on 7/11/11 i've only lost 35 pounds. But i do agree with others.. exercising is the key, I know that it will get better for me when the warm weather comes back

  12. Ask the Dr. for anti-nausea pills, it really helps. BUT in about 7 days it will be over. Good Luck on your journey..

  15. i had my surgery 7/11/11 my hair started to come out in Oct. I lost almost all of it... I too started taking Biotin in August...so I guess it varies it is finally growing back
  16. it will be ok. i have a 14cc band with 8.25cc's trust me 2 weeks after your fill...you will tell the difference . i feel the same way after each fill
  17. it is not too late o fix this. take a minute and remember why you started this journey in the beginning and keep pushing. We all fall down...but you can get up. keep your head up!!!! this too shall pass
