Blah... I feel like I have a whole person to loose.. I am about to step my game to lose atleast 40.-50 lbs ad quickly ad possible so it won't seem like such a far away goal.. any tips on really good.work out programs??

My arms are driving me nuts.... I mean my thighs are jiggly but tightening by the day but my arms. Grrrr

This is ridiculous... Now im stuck at 208... I wonder if doing a cleanse will help me drop extra lbs. I just wanna hit 199

So back in June I was at 296 now I'm down to 215. But seems like I've been stuck in the 215 area for the last 3 weeks. I just want to get under 200 lbs. I'm stuck in a rut

It will be 4 years for me on March 27. I've seen a lot of ups and downs in these past 4 years. Started out strong then had some issues come up that caused major depression and i fell off the band wagon then last year i got back on track and am down 80 pounds and counting.

Went to the the reg doc today and guess what I'm down 12 lbs since sge say me early/mid June YAY!!!!

I'm a bit of a horn dog so mines always been pretty good the more weight I loose the crazier things will probably get....

It took me a while to get up to the 10 k steps and a lot of it is I try to take a walk every day so that adds to the steps. I'm proud of you for exercising your 30 minutes. I put one of my work out dvd's and didn't get past like the first minute or 2 lol.... so that's definitely something I have to work on.

~ Get a tat on my ribs ~ look hot in a bikini ~shop in reg stores with my friends ~ not be the "fat" friend when I probably have the best since of style amongst all of my friends- so I guess that brings me to getting to use my sense of style w/ a wider variety of clothing options ~ sex against the wall ~sky dive ~ and tell one particular a*****e ex who actually told me that I was perfect and definitely marriage material but I need to loose some weight to kiss my ass. well actually I already told him that but I want to tell him that again while looking super hot.

But on a happy not I have either hit or exceeded 10,000 steps per day for the last week. That should help with exercise until I find a gym. Diva, how have things been going for you?

I got my fill on Wednesday, but I don't feel like I have enough restriction. So I'm gonna call next week to see if the can tweak it aka add a little more.
