Today marks my 6 months Sleeversary!!!!! Yay me!! I am down 94 lbs from the date of my surgery!!! Only 17 pounds from my first goal to hit Onderland!!!!!

Surgery tomorrow! How am I supposed to sleep?!

I'm feeling stronger day by day. Our bodies are amazing machines.... can't wait to put mine to work again!

3 weeks out and i fell ok but i think im starting to feel a lil hunger trying to curve it by drinking water but grrrr i was so happy not feeling that hunger monster.

Day 16 Sugar Free! I'm over the hump to the 30th day and then it's to infinity and beyond!

Yay! 12 pounds this month! That makes a total of an even 50 pounds in 3 months!! Feeling great!

feel like somethings stuck in my throat or upper chest. anyone with this issue and any advice how to clear it. I feel if I can make 1 big burp...... but I cant. HELP.......

Biggest craving of the week: Fage strawberry yogurt. My how things have changed!

Cant believe I can go a whole hour on a stationary bike! I used to be scared of 15 minutes! Not saying it is easy, but I can do it!

11 days post op in hospital with dehydration and blood clot/pool in the stomach thats quite large and laying on stomach, making it difficult to eat and causing vomiting!!

Just got back from the hospital...I am soooo glad I did this!!

I always do too much of something while going thru these stages. Today, I had the dumping, throwing up syndrome for almost 4 hours. I had to get my hubby to pick me up and coworker drive my car and get home. Called the nurse and she said that the fish I cooked for dinner last night was reheated and probably got too dry. Still not back to normal.

It took 41 weeks but I finally lost 101 Ibs, considering that I haven't excercised I think that's pretty good. Tomorrow starts my 90 day Turbo Jam Challenge. Wish me luck

By this time tomorrow I will be Sleeved!! Watch out loser bench!! I'm coming your way!!

My praying friends, I ask that you say a little prayer for me and my surgical team. I'm having a procedure done this morning. I really appreciate it...and all of you.
