Love & Light to all those rocking the sleeve. I am down to 183.8 and literally only 13lbs from my orginal goal of 170. I had at one point put it down to 165lb but we will see. I am taking this moment to thank all of my internal organs for doing what they were designed to do, and adjusting to this new way of eating.
