Peace & Blessings sleeve sisters! Just came back from a cruise to the Bahama's and I gained 3lbs...I am so greaful because before the sleeve that would have been 15lbs. So I am back on track...left the tropical drinks behind and back focused. It's a wonderful journey we are on! Focus your energy on the positive aspects because it's ALL neccessary for our higher good!
