    Wow..time flies when your loosing pounds(lol) It has been 15 wks today and I am down 45lbs. Yes, I weigh 194.4...This is the smallest I ever recall being in my adult life. I think I am going to be satisfied at 170, I will have to see. I only have 5lbs to go and I will be in the 180's...Yippee! To those about to emark on this journey, do it for yourself!
