  1. I am also finding the only way to get a response is to "dog" the insurance company daily and ask for confirmations and clarifications and keep a notebook of date you called, number you called, who you spoke with and what they said. Trust me, it's the only way!
  2. I have told my doctor to provide me with all copies of everything so when my insurance company does that I don't have to bother anyone and I can fax it to the insurance company all day until they tell me they received it. I know it sounds CRAZY but they can't play the game "we didn't get it" and the dr. saying "but we sent it" and on and on...I find taking control is the only way in this silly game of getting approvals
