  1. A malfunction from the factory should not cost us. Slippage, erosion, etc are things we were warned about. But faulty equipement is not the same thing in my opinion. I am not wanting to sue. Just hoping they will pick up the cost if it is due to equipement being faulty.
  2. Does anyone know if we have a warranty on the Lap Band? I think that my band has a leak. Just wondering if I will be completely responsible for all the cost?
  3. I have not either. But I think my band is leaking. Matter of fact it is the only logical explanation since I have waaayyyyyy less in it now than I did a year ago. Is there no warranty? I was wondering about the same type things you are. Hope someone has some answers.
  4. I had some trouble with gas also. But not nearly as long as you have. The walking should help you lots. I was back to normal by 7 days, the gas only lasted for a few days, but my heart goes out to you. Hope you feel better soon. Try to not get discouraged, it will get better.
