Hi Lisa here i have a BMI of 35, i am 4.11 weighed 177 down to 169 start my liquids on tues getting sleeved aug 30th , i am also 47, been thinking about the skin thing, hopefully wont have to much only planning on looseing 65 lbs, very excited.................

They sent mine in last mon, was approved on fri, they called me fri afternoon, i start my liquids on tues and surgery aug 30th, believe me everything else was slow , but for some reason this was fast, i am getting so excited , nervous...........good luck to you all, and i hope and pray you get your approval soon. I am finally here got my call yesterday , surgery on the 30th , start liquids on tues, i am so excited yet nervous, many thoughts going on, am i doing the right thing, do i really need this, yes yes i do ...........cannot waite to be on the loosers bench , starting my new life..........

Are you serious, muscle weighs way more than fat , so someone in a size 4 weighing 160 has no muscle mass, someone in a size 10 at 160 has way more muscle mass, has any of you ever weight trained, muscle is way more dense than fat...............

To start with i HATE assholes...................all you need to say to him is, i can fix fat, but you cant fix ugly and walk away in your 5 in heels.................

Wow same thing happened to me, i was shopping for a baby shower and someone i KNEW saw me and said are you really having another baby , i said yes , yes i am , they were like omg resaly at your age , and i said NO i am going to a baby shower i am just FAT................

Congrats thats so exciteing, i am still playing the game, off to the shrink on wed , then 1 more dietary app then off to the surgen........getting excited, hopeing to be sleeved aug or 1st of sept...........

Ok now i am confused , i was told they were disolving stitches and Staples, so i guess thats another question, did anyone else think they would disolve???

You know i havent been sleeved yet but on my way just starting my journey, and i have to tell you i have read many many posts and you have to be the sweetest woman on here , you are so thoughtful , helpful and seem like you really care about each person, i just want you to know you make me smile every time i read your posts.

Last you don’t need the approval of the Bully. You know what is right for you, follow your heart and go for it. That could not have been more perfect, i had to stop telling friends, i guess i was looking for acceptance, but not getting that in return, thank god i have my sister she is here for me and i am here for her, we are each others support............

I have never not worn a bikini, it all depends on how you feel, and the bottom line is it isnt about anyone else , we dont care about other peoples opinions, if you are comfortable, thats all that matters............you go girl.

I am just wondering if there is anyone else out there with my bmi and height that is looking into getting the vertical sleeve, i am 4.11 with a bmi of 35 with hypertension.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,let me know Lisa

I was told that medicaid didnt cover it?maybe that has changed.
