  1. Hi All. I was banded on March 10, 2011. Have been doing ok lost 23lbs have 5.5cc in a 10cc band. However today I fell off the wagon. I went our for breakfast and ate a half of an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese. Then my daughters invited me out to a movie. After we went for Mexican food and I ate a chicken enchilata and had desert. On the ride home I had left shoulder pain and extreme gas. Felt depressed and guilty for worring my girls. All your words helped me realize that we all slip up and just have to move on. This is for life. I need to learn that only one cup means one cup everywhere. Hope I did not screw up my band. The port seems swollen.
