  1. I was banded 5 years ago and haven't had a fill in at least a couple of years, but about 6-months ago I started have a rhythmic gurgling noise which comes from the upper portion of my stomach. It does it when I'm full at night when I lie down to go to bed, AND ALSO when I wake up in the mornings with an empty stomach. It only seems to happen when I'm lying down, and will eventually stop, but man, it's embarrassing!! I've read a lot of discussions about people experiencing stomach spasms with too much restriction, but I seriously doubt that's the case here. Maybe it's more like air trapped?? My question is: why did it suddenly start doing this? And how can I keep it from happening? Thanks, Lynn
